Need a hand with Unblurred? Find the right place to ask below. We aim to answer within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

Your account and the app

For help signing in, changing your email address, pausing your account or anything else about using the app, write to support@unblurred.app. Tell us the email address your account uses, but never send us your sign-in code.

Identity and age verification

If your verification failed or is taking too long, write to support@unblurred.app. If verification fails through no fault of yours, or shows that you’re under 18, we refund your payment in full.

Payments and subscriptions

Subscriptions and sneak peeks are bought through the App Store or Google Play, so you cancel and request refunds there:

  • App Store: go to your subscription settings, or use Report a Problem at https://reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Google Play: go to Subscriptions, or find the purchase in your order history

Deleting your account or the app doesn’t cancel your subscription. If the store can’t help, write to support@unblurred.app and we will.

Safety and reports

To report a member, use the report button on their profile or in your chat. A person on our safety team reads every report. Anyone, member or not, can report illegal content to safety@unblurred.app.

If you or someone else is in danger, call your local emergency number. The Safety Centre in the app lists the helplines for your country.

Your data and privacy

To see, correct, export or delete your data, write to privacy@unblurred.app. Our Data Protection Officer is at dpo@unblurred.app.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account in Settings at any time. Cancel your subscription in the App Store or Google Play first: deleting your account doesn’t cancel it. If you can’t open the app, write to privacy@unblurred.app from the email address your account uses and we’ll delete it for you.
