Unblurred isn’t live yet. Right now the only personal data this website collects is what you give us when you join the early access list. This page explains what we keep, why, and how to have it removed.

Who we are

This website is run by [company legal name], [registered address] (“Unblurred”, “we”). For anything about your data, write to maria@unblurred.app.

What we collect

When you join the early access list, we keep:

  • your email address
  • the country you choose
  • the date you signed up

That’s all. We don’t ask for your name, and the site has no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

Why we keep it

We use your email and country for one thing: to tell you when Unblurred opens in your country. We won’t send you anything else, and we never sell your details or share them for marketing.

Our legal basis is your consent, which you give when you join the list (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.

Who can see it

Only the Unblurred team. The list is stored on the servers of our web hosting provider, [hosting provider name, country], who keeps it for us and can’t use it for anything else.

How long we keep it

Until Unblurred is available in your country and we’ve told you, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. [We delete the whole list at the latest 6 months after launch.]

Spam protection and server logs

To stop automated signups, we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of the network address a signup came from. It’s deleted automatically after one hour. Like most websites, our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs, including network addresses, for a short time for security.

Cookies

This website doesn’t use cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to maria@unblurred.app and we’ll reply within 30 days. To leave the list, reply to any email from us or write to the same address.

If you think we’ve handled your data badly, you can complain to your data protection authority. [In Romania, that’s the ANSPDCP: https://www.dataprotection.ro]

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
